Terms of Service

1. Services

Laser Tag Anywhere provides mobile laser tag entertainment services ("Services"), including equipment, a dedicated Game Master, and event coordination, delivered at a location of the customer's choosing within our service area. The specific details of each event — including package, number of players, duration, date, time, and location — are confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Bookings and Payment

Booking Confirmation

An event booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement (if applicable) and payment of the required deposit. Availability is not guaranteed until both conditions are met.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be specified in your booking invoice. By paying the deposit, you agree to all terms outlined herein.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event date. We will send a balance invoice reflecting the original deposit as a credit. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your event without refund of the deposit.

Pricing

Prices are based on the package selected at the time of booking. Additional services, extended time, or other add-ons requested after booking may be subject to additional charges.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All Bookings Are Non-Refundable

All payments made to Laser Tag Anywhere — including deposits and balance payments — are non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or change of plans.

Rescheduling

At our sole discretion, and in the event of unforeseen or extenuating circumstances, Laser Tag Anywhere may allow a booked event to be rescheduled rather than cancelled outright. If rescheduling is approved, the customer will have up to 12 months from the original event date to reschedule to a new date, subject to availability. The rescheduled event must be of equal or lesser value to the original booking; any difference in price for a higher-value event will be due at the time of rescheduling.

Rescheduling is offered as a courtesy and is not guaranteed. Requests for rescheduling must be made in writing by emailing [email protected].

Extreme Weather

Either party may cancel an event due to extreme weather conditions (including but not limited to lightning, severe thunderstorms, tornado warnings, or other conditions that pose a safety risk) up to three (3) hours before the scheduled start time.

• If Laser Tag Anywhere cancels due to extreme weather, we will work with you to reschedule your event within the 12-month window described above at no additional charge.
• If the customer cancels due to extreme weather within the three-hour window, we will likewise offer the option to reschedule within 12 months, subject to availability.

Weather cancellations do not entitle the customer to a monetary refund.

4. Liability Waivers

Requirement

All participants must have a signed liability waiver on file before participating in any laser tag activity. Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. No participant will be permitted to play without a completed waiver.

Waiver Submission

Waivers may be completed electronically through our website prior to the event. We strongly encourage customers to distribute waiver links to all participants in advance to avoid delays on the day of the event.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in laser tag activities involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. By signing a waiver and participating, each participant (or their parent/guardian) acknowledges and accepts these risks.

5. Acceptable Use and Event Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, the following rules apply at all Laser Tag Anywhere events:

• All participants must follow the instructions of the Game Master at all times.
• Physical contact, roughhousing, or aggressive behavior toward other players or staff is strictly prohibited.
• Equipment must be used only as directed and must not be tampered with, modified, or misused.
• Participants who engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may be removed from the game at the Game Master's discretion without refund.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the event location is safe, accessible, and reasonably clear of hazards prior to our arrival.
• Laser Tag Anywhere is not responsible for damage to the event location caused by participants.

6. Equipment

All laser tag equipment remains the property of Laser Tag Anywhere at all times. The customer is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional misconduct by participants during the event. Laser Tag Anywhere reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of repair or replacement of damaged equipment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Laser Tag Anywhere LLC and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury (except as required by law), property damage, or lost profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Pennsylvania law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Laser Tag Anywhere LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) the conduct of participants at your event.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Terms in effect at the time of your booking govern your event.

11. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our Site uses third-party tools to process payments, deliver communications, and analyze how visitors use the Site. These tools may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy. The third-party services we currently use include:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Analytics — website traffic analytics
• Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmap analytics to help us improve the user experience
• Formspark — contact form submissions
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google Drive / Sheets — waiver storage and record-keeping

By using our Site you acknowledge the use of these services. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
