We can work with just about any space you have available. A flat area of roughly 40 by 60 feet is the minimum for a great game, which is about the size of a standard backyard or a section of a local park. Larger spaces like full backyards, cul-de-sacs, or open fields give us room to set up inflatable bunkers and create more dynamic arena layouts. We bring everything — blasters, vests, bunkers, a sound system, and a dedicated Game Master — so you do not need to prepare the space in advance. Over 80 percent of our birthday parties take place in private backyards, and our setup crew adapts the field dimensions to whatever you have. If you are not sure whether your space qualifies, just send us a photo when you book and we will confirm the layout before your party date.

Our equipment is designed for players ages 6 and up, and there is no upper age limit — parents, grandparents, and older siblings are all welcome to jump in. The blasters weigh just 2.5 pounds and the vests are fully adjustable, so younger players can gear up and compete comfortably right alongside teenagers and adults. We structure the games so that every age group stays engaged, using rotating team formats and shorter rounds for younger crowds to keep energy levels high. About 40 percent of our birthday parties include at least a few adults playing alongside the kids. Our Game Master reads the group dynamics in real time and adjusts the pacing so nobody sits out and nobody feels overwhelmed. Whether your child is turning 7 or 17, the experience scales naturally to match the group.

We monitor the forecast closely starting 48 hours before your event and will reach out proactively if conditions look questionable. Light rain actually adds an exciting twist to outdoor laser tag and our infrared equipment works perfectly in drizzle. For heavier rain or thunderstorms, we offer free rescheduling to the next available date that works for your family — no penalties, no hassle. If you have access to an indoor space like a garage, basement, or community center, we can often pivot the event indoors on the same day with a modified arena layout. Fewer than 5 percent of our birthday events need to reschedule due to weather, and we have never had a family unable to find a makeup date. Your deposit and booking are fully protected, so you can plan your party with complete confidence regardless of what the sky decides to do.

We recommend booking at least two to three weeks ahead, though popular spring and summer weekends can fill up a month or more in advance. Saturdays between April and October are our busiest window, so the earlier you lock in your date the better your chances of getting your first choice. Booking is simple — just fill out our contact form or give us a call, and we will confirm availability within 24 hours. A small deposit secures your date, and you can finalize headcount and details closer to the event. Last year roughly 70 percent of our weekend birthday slots were reserved at least three weeks out.
