I understand that mobile laser tag involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to running, tripping, collisions, uneven or changing terrain, weather conditions, lighting variations, and the use of electronic equipment.
I voluntarily participate (or allow my child to participate) and assume all risks of injury or property damage related to gameplay, equipment, and site conditions.
In consideration of participating in any Laser Tag Anywhere event or activity, I (for myself and any minor I sign for) hereby release and hold harmless Laser Tag Anywhere LLC, its personnel, and any venue hosts from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of participation — including those resulting from their ordinary negligence.
I agree to indemnify and defend Laser Tag Anywhere LLC to the extent that any claim or damage is caused by my (or my child’s) acts, omissions, or violations of rules, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

I understand that participants who damage equipment through intentional or reckless behavior may be held financially responsible.
Laser Tag Anywhere LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation for any individual whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, at the sole discretion of event staff.No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
In the event of an injury or emergency, I authorize Laser Tag Anywhere LLC staff or representatives to obtain medical care for me or my child and agree to pay all associated costs.
I understand and agree that photographs and video recordings may be taken during Laser Tag Anywhere events.
Participation in any Laser Tag Anywhere activity constitutes consent for Laser Tag Anywhere LLC to use these photos or videos for lawful marketing, advertising, or social-media purposes without compensation as a condition of participation.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any disputes shall be brought in Pennsylvania courts of competent jurisdiction.
I understand that my electronic signature is legally valid under the ESIGN Act and Pennsylvania’s Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and fully understand this agreement, that I voluntarily waive certain legal rights including the right to sue for ordinary negligence, and that I sign freely and voluntarily for myself and/or any listed minors.
